For part 3 of my Basics of Disney Series, I’m taking everyone back to old Hollywood! That’s right! We’re going to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Hollywood Studios has a special place in my heart because I’ve worked there! In the summer of 2009 I worked as an Attractions hostess at the Voyage of the Little Mermaid/Playhouse Disney Live on Stage shows.Basically, I was that annoying person who yells at you to move all the way down to the end of the row, even though everyone wants to stop right in the middle of said row because that’s where the best view of the show is. Hollywood Studios is currently undergoing a MASSIVE refurbishment. I originally wrote this post in 2013 and am going through and updating everything for the present day, 2016. A lot has changed in the last 3 years and there is still a ton of change coming. But this post is up to date as of 4/19/2016! 🙂
ATTRACTIONS:Hollywood Studios has the best thrill ride attractions. So this is definitely the park for you if you’re a fan of thrill rides. But they have a mix of rides and shows.
So here are the worth while rides: The Hollywood Tower of TerrorRockin Roll Roller Coaster: Starring AerosmithStar Tours Toy Story Midway ManiaThe Great Movie Ride
Worth while shows:The Indian Jones Stunt Show Spectacular Beauty and the BeastVoyage of the Little Mermaid (obviously)
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration: I’ve never personally seen this but I’ve heard good things. Especially if your little princess is totally obsessed with Frozen.
I promise! Till next time.PS. Here are Parts 1 & 2, if you missed them! 🙂
Disney is soo bad ass!i miss it

I absolutely love Hollywood Studios…I think it might be my favorite park! My sister and I used to (and still do!) watch the Tower of Terror movie so you can imagine how excited we were the first time we got to ride the ride!! When my husband and I were at Disney for our honeymoon I Ben bought two copies of the DVD! Giant nerd here haha!
